Cisco VPN Client connection issues

We are experiencing several users using windows XP machines who try and login to our VPN concentrator 3000 and get the error message "unable to contact the security gateway". The only resloution we have discovered to date is to reinstall the VPN client, which seems to work for only a short while and then the same issue arises. Thanks for any help that can be provided.

that issue sounds like a connectivity thing, ie. the client is not receiving response from the concentrator - have you turned on logging to see what is going on?
