Cisco VPN Client ISAKMP Header IKE port not equal to 500

I have a few workstations out of many (various OS; 2000, ME) with Cisco VPN Client 3.1 that get authenticated to Cisco 3030 in which no data passes through the tunnel. The common denominator appears to be in the ISAKMP header, the source port for IKE is random (615, 815, 912) and not 500. The connection eventually times out and drops. I am using 3DES/168. This appears to be a problem w/ the config on the workstation, but I do not know where to look.

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive trouble-shooting session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.

To utilize the resources at our Technical Assistance Center, please visit http://www.cisco.com/tac and to open a case with one of our TAC engineers, visit http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen

If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.
