Cisco VPN Client Issue

I have configured Cisco VPN Server on 1841 when ever i try to connect vpn client the client connects but no packets are transferred between the system and router i can bing the router as well as after the vpn is established the system can not ping to other global IP's which it can ping before connecting to VPN client

well, i suppose if you are not able to ping to global ip's when you are connected to VPN is because of "Split-tunneling". Please recheck your user access-list that you have configured for VPN.
