Cisco Works VMS

Hi, I cannot start my Cisco Works Daemon service. The product was installed, ran fine for a day until the next reboot, and now the daemon does not start, the log shows:

daemon manager anonymous user has not been set up

I cannot work this one out.... thanks

May you please specify the OS you are running VMS?

can u try stopping and starting through command line ???

net stop crmdmgtd

net start crmdmgtd

Thanks, that did not work, I still get the service did not start and failed to report an error.

The VMS log on the server shows the usual anonymous error.
