Cisco827 VPN and FW option set

I've install a Cisco827 router for Internet connection and everything is OK. Now i need to make a VPN to a remote lan but i don't understand which sw option product I have to purchase: it seems that the product exist (IP VPN FW option set ) but i can't found the part nr on the product catalogue.

Another question: with this router is there the capability to track my internal user activity (to internet; which site they visit,ftp etc)?
