"The server name could not be resolved [12007]"

Hi Dorota,
I'd begin by checking to see that both the CAM eth0 and the CAS eth0 are resolvable via DNS from a PC without the Clean Access Agent.
After that I would look to see if you have fat fingered the DNS server IP address in the configuration of the NAC appliance. I'd also make sure you clicked the Update button after initially entering the DNS server IP address into the CAS.
Hope this helps. Let the forum know how you resolve your issue.
Best,
Paul

The issue was resolved via reboot both CAS and CAM. Looks like rebooting CAS and CAM can solved
a lot of problems, anyway those with the network error message.
thanks

I found out when using 4.1.1 that there was a bug that prevented periodic cleaning of the DNS cache of the CAS/CAM unless the machines were rebooted. This appears to be fixed in 4.1.2
