I don't know why, every time I try to log on to Clean Access agent I get this error message. (see attached doc.) It prevents me from logging on. Then I have to remove the program, turn off the pc. Turn on the pc again to reinstall the program for it to works.
Some program on your computer is messing up with Clean Access Installation. One big cluprit is presense of Spyware on your machines. I would try uninstalling Clean Access, then running Lavasoft Spyware remover (free) and Spybot search and destroy (free) and on top install Microsoft Windows Defender. Then installing CAA again. Hope that helps.
