Clean Access SSO Users not directed to Agent Download Page

We have a setup where users wish to perform SSO to AD. However clients are never redirected to the Clean Access Agent download page even though the require use of clean access agent is selected for the user role and OS type.

Any suggestions would be appreciated to force unauthenticated users to download the clean access agent upon network access.

Upgarding of Clean Access seems to have some problems.If try to downgrade to previous version.The unauthenticated role is denoted as "Unauthenticated Role (not common)" in the User Role selection dropdown menus for network scanning-related pages of the Clean Access module.

Make sure the name of the clean access servers are in your dns servers. Perhaps the PC's are being redirected to https://cas.domain.com and they are unable to resolve it?
