Client does not get disconnected at idle time out

VPN 3000 Idle time out set to 30 minutes, still users can not disconnect at idle time out.

I am running version 4.0.

Any suggestion why?

Have you disabled the keepalives?? If not these keepalives will still keep the connection from timing out.
