Client keeps losing VPN Profile

I have a number of users who are using the 4.8 VPN client that keep losing the VPN Profile. It is not all users, and I have not been able to isolate any specific common factor.

After replacing the missing profile with a new one, in some cases the problem does not recur. In other cases it does.

Any suggestions?

I too am experiencing a similar problem.

In my case, a large handfull of users 30-50 keep losing the group name and group password.

Is this what you're experiencing?

Actually, I've had that happen a few times, but in most cases, the host address just disappears. Replacing the profile restores everything, and in some cases the problem does not repeat, but in other cases, the problem does repeat.

Hi All,

Thats a known issue with some of the VPN client versions. You guyz might want to open a case with TAC.
