i used vpn clinet 3.5 connect from inside our PIX to outside(Internet Network) , if the client have map static public ip on pix , the client can connect properly , If the client through pix with Pat, the client couldn't connect normally , Is true? , have any idea?

It depends what you are terminating the tunnel on. At the other end you need a feature called Transparent tunneling (Sec over UDP for NAT and PAT, and IPSec over TCP for NAT, PAT, and firewalls) to support this ipsec though a PAT device.
VPN 3000 concentrator has support this feature but PIX and IOS don't.
We have configured the outside and inside Interface with official ipv6 adresses, set a default route on outside Interface to our router, we also have definied a rule , which also gets hits, to permit tcp from inside Interface to any6.
