Client VPN connection doesn't always connect

Hi,

I have an ASA5505 and I have VPN access set up for clients at home. They're all using client 5.0 software. There are times when some stop being able to connect for periods of time. At these moments they have internet access, and while I'm here at work the appliance seems to be working fine. My internet connection here is normally always perfect. Can anyone suggest a course of action to help determine what the problem may be?

Thanks,

Tim

Hi Tim,

Will need more info onn what's happening at the client and ASA. Are you using ipsec over tcp or NAT-T. Ask users to enable high logging on the client? Can you see connection attemps when enable logging on the asa?

thanks

John
