Clientless SSL VPN ASA 5520

Hi,

I'm very new to SSL VPN, I've just enabled it and "assume" it's save. Anyway I've just added to bookmarks for 2 internal websites I need to give an external company access to. so:

1.) Do I just create a local account for them to use? I just logged in with my level 15 username and password and it worked, what level access do they need?

2.) Can I only allow this one company access as I have their external IP?

3.) It seems I can only connect with RC4 encrpytion, why can't I use AES256?

Thanks
