Clientless SSL VPN - keep return to Portal page

hi all,

Using Clientless SSL VPN portal. When a user click on their Bookmark on the Home Page, it prompt for a "Remote Desktop Connection" (with orange heading) ..so I click on Connect .. but it return to the portal home page.

Anyone can advise ?

Check if the profile configurations are made properly and has no errors in them as errors in config may cause this issue.You can change the appearance of the portal pages displayed to Clientless SSL VPN users. This includes the Login page displayed to users when they connect to the security appliance, the Home page displayed to users after the security appliance authenticates them, the Application Access window displayed when users launch an application, and the Logout page displayed when users logout of Clientless SSL VPN sessions.

I tried to login from another PC / laptop with this user ID and password, it works ok.

Suspecting something is wrong with is user's internet explorer.

Any suggestion ?
