what you have mentioned here in conjunction with isakmp policy is the cli being used in routers to create the ISKMP negotiation policies like the hash type ,authentication method ,group,lifetime etc.,,
But afaik its totally different in PIX os while configuring the ISAKMP negotiations..
may be the IOS code will be supporting this type of cli to have the ISAKMP configured..
