Concentrator 3015 Memory Upgrade to 512MB

HI,

We recently bought a memory upgrade kit for a 3015 concentrator.

When we replaced the existing 128MB for 2 x 256 MB the sys light stayed red and it refused to boot up.

When we put the original memory back in it worked fine.I have checked the

boot code which is 4.0 and the software image is 4.7.2.

I can't see why it wouldn't have worked.

Any ideas

My first guess is a bad chip. Try each chip by itself and see if one of the 256mb chips causes the non-boot by itself.
