Concentrator adding IE Proxy Settings to client - How does it work?
I've configured our 3015 Concentrator to add the Proxy Server settings in IE when VPN client users log in. Everything appears to be working fine. When users disconnect, the Proxy settings are removed or restored to their original values, if applicable. I've even simulated a loss of Internet connection, forcing the VPN client to disconnect. My question is, how does this work? I'm guessing the concentrator is applying a temporary registry value or something. Is the application and removal of the settings being handled by the client? Also, has anyone experienced an issue where the proxy settings do not get applied or removed properly during the connect and disconnect processes?
