Concentrator SSL error - 0x2003

Hi

Please could someone post me the work around for the SSL certificate generate problem? I am having a problem generating an SSL certificate on a 3005 running 4.01.

When I look under Administration, File Management I see:

CERTS Error 0x2003 when getting file information

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi,

either you contact TAC to workaround this problem with your existing sw version or upgrade to 4.1.2 version and access concentrator via console. now you can find there a new menue item under "administration" -> "File management" called "Reformat Filesysem" .

With this menue item you can reformat the flash of the vpn3000 concentrator and after that everything should be fine.

Beware to backup your old config , cause everything gets deleted when you issue the "Reformant Filesystem" command.

Also all you old certificates get deleted !!!
