Concern about Connecting to Contivity Gateway Through 827

I need to setup a VPN connection to a Contivity Box. Apparently the ADSL service provider for the service where I will be setting this up at is QWest. QWest uses either an 827 or an 678 to terminate the service.

I would like to enable 1 out of 3 workstations to be able to access an existing VPN Contivity Box mentioned above. My concern is, does the 827 or 678 support IPSec Pass-Thru or has anyone had success in getting an 827 to establish a tunnel with a Nortel Contivity box?

The 827 has an IPSEC IOS image available that should work. The 678 does not. In either case, passing your tunnel through these routers is no problem as long as there’s no firewall or port translation setup on them.
