Config Problem

Trying to import a profile and am receiving an error 22 "unable to import connection Entry. I have uninstalled and reinstalled already and that was no help. Any suggestions would be great

Make sure you reboot after installing VPN If you have the profiles on a PC or a disk, just copy them into the following directory:

/etc/CiscoSystemsVPNClient/Profiles/ . No need to import them

Although this is a 5 year old post, I would like to add  comment

This problem can occur if the path to the pcf file contains characters from a language that is not supported by your local.

This happened with me because my locale is Arabic and the file path had a Danish letter
