Is there a way to have the configurations of devices which are managed by CSM? Is it possible to have a back up of this information or to launch a job to do this?

I guess they are stored automatically. If you open Deployment Manager and search back some old deployment, you can see the archive config.

I would like to export all the configurations in case of troubles in the machine where it is installed the CSM.

Tools -> Config Archive stores all the discovery and deployed configuration of a device.
It supports the rollback option too.
