Configuring ip's in Active and/or Standby modes

Hello all,

Is there command line commands to be in one mode (primary or standby) and toggle between configurations?

For example, having the standby unit up and changing the ip on the primary unit?

TIA,

Gary

For configuring the Standby and active mode refer to the following url:

Re: Configuring ip's in Active and/or Standby modes

Hi,

You can enforce the standby FW to become the active unit by applying the "failover active" command from the secondary command line console or the "no failover active" on the primary console. The sync always happens from the Active unit to the Standby unit.

Is this what you need?
