Configuring PIX 515 for Outlook Web Acces Server

I am in the process of setting up a Outlook Web Access Server and wanted to ask about the placement of this server. Our Exchange server is located inside our internal network and I wanted to find out from someone who has setup this up before what is the best to place a Outlook Web Access server, inside, DMZ, or outside. According to Microsoft's web site in order to get it to work properly you must have port 80 open are you outside interface, port 135, and the two ports that you statically assign in the registry on the Exchange box for the directory and information store. It also says that the ports 1024-65535 must be open for outbound communications from Exchange to the OWA server. He says that you can specify what ports Exchange listens on for the RPC traffic, but that you can not specify a particular port for the OWA application uses for RPC communications.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
