Configuring site to site VPN using ASA 5540 and 831 router

all,

I'm trying to configure a site to site VPN between these two devices using Secure Device Manager (SDM) and Advanced Secure Device Manager (ASDM)

the basic layout looks like this

SUBNET A --- 831 --- SUBNET B --- Router ---- SUBNET C ----- 5540 ---- SUBNET D

Cisco SDM allows you to configure your router as a VPN server for the Cisco VPN Client using an easy-to-use Web-based management interface. Once the Cisco router configuration is complete, it can be verified using the Cisco VPN Client.
