If your network is using WINS and these settings are being delivered to you (ipconfig /all to check) then you should see them fine in Network Neighbourhood.
If you do have WINS, but you can't see the servers try getting to the server(s) via their UNC name Start > Run > then type "\\\" e.g. \\FILESRV1\Docs. If that works just map a few drives in Explorer and you're away.
