Connection problem 1720, XP and PPTP

Hi all,

I have configured the 1720 to accept PPTP dialin but when I dialin from the XP client the connection window goes immediately from "connecting" to "Verifying username and password". After 20 seconds the following Error occurs: "Error 619: A connection to the remote computer could not be established"

If the following command is issued in the 20 second time frame on the router "show vpdn session window", it shows a congestion alarm.

I have turned on debuging for various PPP and VPDN parameters but I'm not sure where I should see the output of the debugging information.

If you are telnetted to the router, you need to type ‘term mon’ to see the debug. You might need Cisco’s TAC to help you.
