cspm 2.3.3i: Is there any reason why the context-buffer option in the event-viewer would be greyed out ? Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Context Buffers are not avialable for every alarm.

The sensor appliances will only generate Context Buffers for signatures based off the context in a TCP Session. The IDS modules for the Cat 6K currently do not support creation of Context Buffers.

You have to select one fo the alarms with a Context Buffer before the menu option will be available.

If I remember correctly. the alarms with Context Buffers have an Alarm Count in Bold Text.

cspm2.3.3i: Since IDS modules for the Cat 6K currently do not support the creation of Context Buffers, is there another way of achieving similar functionality for IDS modules on Cat 6K ? (I mean, there has to be, right??)
