Contivity VPN Client

Hi,

I had installed Contivity VPN client to a machine, and when I try to connect it gives me an error " Login failed due to : Remote host not responding."

I am not sure what configurations to do, could please anybody advice me on how to configure firewall or router to solve this problem, I am using PIX 515E.(if possible please show me step by step..)

This document describes Cisco Secure VPN Client View Log messages and explains how to use the View Log messages to troubleshoot problems with establishing IPSec communications. The user must enable the View Log before logging occurs. Log files can be saved to a disk for future analysis.
