Copying Cisco ACS v3.3 to another server

I have been informed that I am to move the ACS 3.3 from one server to another. So I have some basic questions.

1) Should I just copy all of the Cisco ACS 3.3 files already under program files to the new machine or should I just do a fresh install?

2) If I can copy all of the files (I feel that I should be able to) what executables do I need to run in order to get ACS running? If the files are copied all of the settings should be in place, correct?

3) I do believe I only need to change onle line of config on the PIX. Here is the line: aaa-server TACACS+ (inside) host x.x.x.21 $$TF_acs! time out 10

Thanks in advance for your help!

ACS is a 32-bit app, so you can NOT just copy it over. Install the app on the new server, and restore the databases and config files from the old server.
