Couldn`t install Client v4.0 on a Windows 2000 SP3

Dear All,

Tried to install a version 4.0 of the VPN client on a Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 3, but failed. Anyone has the same problem ? Any workaround ?

Can you be more specific about that problem you are encountering. I am running 4.0 client on my w2K server sp3 without any issues

Thanks for your reply. Just found the following BUG ID, seems like the problem only occurs at Japanese Windows 2000 OS.
