Re: Crash info while performing a backup from an outside to an i

This information can only be decoded by Cisco TAC!

Secondly: What was the code on the PIX when it crashed? Is it 6.2.3 or 6.3.1

Re: Crash info while performing a backup from an outside to an i

I assuumed 6.2.3 code and tried to decode your crash. I came up with these two bug ids, that are the closest match CSCea88878 and CSCdz65766.

They both are related to ils fixup. Are you still getting the crash? If so then try to disable ils fixup. "no fixup protocol ils 389"

See if that helps.
