CS-MARS reporting a version number of 0.0(0) after a pnreset ?

Have anyone ever seen this one ?

I defaulted a configured mars back to factory defaults using the "pnreset" command. After a reboot when i logged in it reported a version number of 0.0(0).

There are no rules in the system as well ?

Have anyone seen this before ?

Yes I have seen this, I had to download the next version onto CD and install right from the box, or you can contact Cisco and they will mail you the latest version. It cleared up that problem.
