CSA 5.1 (Error: Creating Registry access control rule)

I'm not in front of the CSA MC so this was a difficult question for me to field, though I am hoping that I am simply overlooking the obvious. ;-)

If you get an error when using the Event Management Wizard to create a Windows registry access control rule and it states to see the log file for details, then where do you look? I can't remember and none of the pull down menus seem to offer an answer.

Here it is in all its glory:

Error: Creating Registry access control rule. Error (see log file for details)

Event:

11/6/2006 10:46:42 AM cnxdc2.cnsl.com Alert TESTMODE: The process '<remote application>' (as user CONSOL\CNXCONTROLM$) attempted to access the registry key '\REGISTRY\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion' and value ''. The attempted access was an open (operation = OPEN/KEY). The operation would have been denied.

Thanks in advance!
