CSA 5.x - can't create an exception in test mode?

Anyone experience the following?

I'm trying to create different exception rules for a server and a client, both in test mode, and the option is grayed out when I click on the 'wizard' tab under the alert.

Any ideas? I've got to be doing something wrong.

Do you have admin privileges with your login to Cisco Works? Also some rules will not let you create exceptions using the wizard, such as events associated with some process/application trying to modify/access any CSA component.

I noticed that the wizard will not allow the creation of exceptions for rules that have a 'priority deny' action. It seems that there are many more rules defined with 'priority deny' actions, than in previous versions. This is the first time I've run up against this.
