We have CSA 4.5.1.616 for Windows XP Workstations.
The way we install CSA on our workstations is the agent file is downloaded from CSAMC server onto a file server. The users then run the agent from the file servers, which are distributed geographically.
One particular user cannot install the CSA agent.
The agent setup file is set for user interaction, what happens is it downloads the files locally for the user then nothing happens.
PLEASE HELP.......
