CSA and GPO machine settings

In our organization, we have discovered that CSA will block GPO machine settings upon bootup. The csatdi driver (network application interceptor) is the driver blocking this activity. Cisco says there is no rule to create to allow this activity. Has ANYONE seen this? We have a very large organization. I can't believe this hasn't been an issue with others. I do not know GPO well, but am told that certain settings can only be applied upon bootup. Please reply.

Re: CSA and GPO machine settings

I'd first find out what GPO computer settings are being applied at bootup.

You can also disable the csatdi driver (if you haven't already) to confirm that it fixes the problem.

There may be a way to allow the settings to be applied using a system state of "system booting" but I would investigate what is actually happening first.

Is there a TAC request for this?

Re: CSA and GPO machine settings

Yes, I've confirmed it's the csatdi driver. I've tried a "system booting" system state and will continue to experiment but Cisco says there's no rule to fix it. I do have a TAC case and am awaiting another response. thanks
