CSA Blue Screen Issue

We are using CSA 5.00183. I have a couple PCs that blue screen when launching Lotus Notes. I have a couple thousand PCs that run it just fine. Any thoughts where I can start to try and trouble shoot this? Doesn't matter if it's in test mode or not. Chad Sulvan, if your out there, throw me a bone.

Are the PCs set to restart automatically after a BSOD?

If so, set it not restart so you can see the error then do a search on that error.

Also check the Windows Application and System event logs for clues.
