CSA - disabling security flexibility 4.5.1

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out how to let users disable security to install certain programs such as the Cisco Desktop Agent(for call centers), but at the same time, I do not want them to have the ability to uninstall csa. Is this possible? All users are admins on their machines.

Also, how would you setup security for power users like developers without having to create too many exception rules? Thanks!

You would need to use the Security Slider in the CSA GUI and setup different security levels... low would be for developers, med for call centers, and high for all others.. only problem there is most users, given the option would choose low.... let me know if you need more details on setting this up...
