CSA Error

I have been attempting to install the new version of CSA on my Call Manager Lab Server. It comes up with the error:

This self extracting Zip file is part of a multi disk zip file. Please insert the last disk of the set.

I am using VNC to install this software and no current version of CSA is installed.

Are you installing the agent or the entire MC? That messages sounds like you are running setup.exe from the first .zip file of the 4 part VMS 2.3 install set.

Just a guess....

Have proceed past this issue as it was a bad download from cisco.
