CSA - suspend security

How can I give a user the ability to suspend security? it is currently prohibited.

You would have to change the agent service control rule for that user's group or put them in a group that has that ability.

I made the change to rule 566. I am now able to suspend security.

Glad to hear it. 566 must mean you have created quite a few rules by now. How is the product working for you?
