CSA v4.5 conflict with Dell Latitude D600

I've been trying to install Cisco CSA v4.5 onto my laptop. Has anyone seen problems whereby they cannot get an IP address released to the client adapter once the Agent is installed.

The laptop being used is a Dell Latitude D600 with a Broadcom Gigabit NIC with driver ver 8.27.1.0.

You must have cookies enabled. This means using a maximum setting of"medium" as your Internet security setting. Locate this feature from thefollowing menu, Tools>Internet Options. Click the Security tab.

JavaScript must be enabled.

Netscape:

Version 6.2 or higher

You must have cookies enabled. Locate this feature from the following menu, Edit>Preferences>Advanced.

JavaScript must be enabled.
