What is the difference between CSA (cisco secure agent), CTA (cisco trust agent), and CAA (clean access agent)? Is this all the same bundled into one client agent?

No, but they are related somewhat and CTA can be installed with CSA 4.5 and above and many AV products.

CSA is host based intrusion prevention. It's agent prevents or allows host activity based on rules supplied by a management console.

The next two are copied fom Cisco documentation...

Cisco Trust Agent is a core component of the NAC solution. This client software must be installed on hosts whose host policy state is to be validated before permitting network access.

CCA is part of Cisco NAC Appliance (formerly Cisco Clean Access), a Network Admission Control (NAC) device that uses the network infrastructure to enforce security policy compliance on all devices seeking to access network computing resources.
