CSM Problem

I have a silly problem with CSM. CSM is in work flow mode.

When my operations staff makes a change the email is received to approve the job. When I click on the link I get a HTTP 404 error file not found. When I browse to the file on the CSM server the PDF is not there.

What do I need to get CSM to generate the PDF report?

I have gone through the CSM documentation and can not locate any information on this.
