Hello,

I have a few Remote access ASAs that are firewalls an VPN devices. Everytime i rediscover the policies (since people make changes via CLI) i reimports my policy objects an renames them everytime.

Example are my VPN user policies, i have one called IPSEC-Pol that it renames IPSEC-Pol_1 then IPSEC-Pol_2 everytime i rediscover, and when i go to deploy other changes it constantly wants to update my VPN policies with this new numbered name, i do not want this behavior

Any ideas?

disabel the default policy settings and enabel your settings.

Use Configuring Tunnel Groups, Group Policies, and Users

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa72/configuration/guide/vpngrp.html#wp1042067

awesome that worked...thank you...why does it do that if the default is enabled any idea???

do you know how to get it to quit doing the same thing with my tacacs group??

Hello,

I had the same problem here.

Which CLI command in ASA I can use to do that??

Thanks,

José Augusto
