I am assuming you are talking about the 993 signature with the IDS Module for the Catalyst 6000?
If so then there are several different issues which couldl cause the 993 to be reported with 100% packet loss and no more alarms being generated.
Several were fixed or mitigated in the 3.0(3)S10 Service Pack and the 3.0(3)S13 Signature Update.
Refer to the 3.0(3)S13 readme for more information on the issues.
If you are on version 3.0(3)S13 already and still experiencing the 100% packet loss and no alarms then try resetting the module. If the problem happens again then contact the TAC for assistance in diagnosing the issue.
