I am having a time trying to get two PC's in office to connect simultaneously to 3005.
One will connect w/ no problem; the other will "connect" but when i check the stats, it shows that packets are being encrypted but NOT decrypted.
only one pc can connect at one time!!
config for business customer:
broadmax 304 dsl modem
win xp home
cisco vpn 4.02 client
multiple group logins = 5 (group config on 3005)
am at a loss here as to what could be stopping it.
any help is appreciated.

Does the DSL modem have multiple ports on? If not, please tell how the PCs are connected to the modem and everything that is behind the DSL modem.

broadmax 304 modem has single 10bt interface plugged into 3com 1100 switch which feeds to multiple pc's in office.
(no server is onsite; addy's are static assigned)

Are you NATing or PATing out of the modem?
