Debug ip packets doesn't show incoming packets

I have IOS 12.13T and tried also with 12.15T, Cisco 1710.

If I issue a debug ip packets, I do only see the outgoing packets, not the incoming ones. Any ides

Make sure to define the access-list .

You may need to disable the fast switching on the apporiate interfaces.
