Debugging information from PIX to syslog server

Hi,

I installed PFSS on an NT machine, so the PIX is able to send logging information to that syslog server.

Is it possible to send the output of debugging also to that syslog server and if so, how should this be done?

I want to debug the setup of an IPSec tunnel and I want the output to be written to a file, using that syslog server, but apparently, the debugging output doesn't appear in the file.

Thank you!

Regards,

Sofie

Yes, you should be able to do this. Try this.

logging timestamp

logging trap debugging

logging history debugging

logging host inside 10.10.10.10

Then enable logging.
