deny access via browser and telnet

The vpn 3000 concentrator, has the ip address public 200.X.X.1 and the ip address private is 10.1.1.1.

in this moment any person access via browser and telnet at the equipment.

As deny the access of this ip addres via browser and telnet?

Under Administration - Access Rights - Access Control List

By default, access is open to all stations for all management protocols that are enabled. To restrict this, add ip addresses to the ACL field above, and only they will have access to manage the unit. Remember to add your ip address to the list first, so you do not lock yourself out
