I am experiencing some problems getting our dial in users connected to the VPN concentrators we have set up. We have 4 3005's, 2 in Houston and 2 in the UK. When users connecting through a 3rd party dial in connection, using IPSec over TCP, try to authenticate at the gateways they are refused and I get the following errors in the log :
91 10/08/2002 10:45:23.050 SEV=4 IKE/0 RPT=47 x.x.x.x
Group [xxxxx]
received an unencrypted packet when crypto active!!
92 10/08/2002 10:45:23.050 SEV=5 IKE/68 RPT=32 x.x.x.x
Group [xxxxx]
Received non-routine Notify message: Invalid hash info (23)
Cable users are able to connect succesfully though.

"Invalid hash info" usually means that the group`s password on the client and the Concentrator is not match. You may to try verify the password.

That was my first thought but the cable users have the same group, therefore I know its correct.
